In a bowl, mix the meats, salt, onion, garlic, egg, grated ginger, and breadcrumb
Shape the almond fritters, place them in a baking dish, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes
Heat enough oil in a pan to fry the fritters
