Preheat the oven hot (400°F)
Dust a baking sheet with all-purpose flour
Set aside
In a bowl, mix together the flour and grated Parmesan cheese
Add butter, English Worcestershire sauce, and caraway seeds
Knead well
On a floured surface, shape into rolls 1 cm in diameter and 7 cm long
Place them on the reserved baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until they start to golden brown
Let cool slightly, carefully remove from the baking sheet, and serve.
