In a bowl, cream the butter with a wooden spoon until it breaks down
Add the powdered sugar and mix until well combined
Gradually add the egg, brandy or ouzo, and flour
When the dough is well mixed, separate it into small pieces and shape the cookies by hand
The cookies should be approximately 5 cm in diameter and 1.5 cm high
Insert a rosemary sprig into each cookie and bake in a preheated oven at high temperature for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to medium and bake for an additional 30 minutes
When the cookies start to brown, remove them from the oven
Dust with confectioner's sugar and let cool completely.
