2 tablespoons of milk

6 tablespoons of sugar
8 slightly beaten eggs

In a medium bowl, combine the milk with the orange juice and add the sugar
Microwave on high for 3 minutes
Remove from microwave and add the eggs
Return to oven at medium heat for 4 minutes
Remove from microwave again and, using a fork, break up the cooked eggs
Put in oven and cook for an additional 4 minutes, high heat, stirring with fork halfway through
Serve cold.
