11/2 teaspoons of finely grated ginger
1 can of tangerine in syrup (340 g)

Combine the sugar, orange juice, and water in a pot and bring to a boil
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes
Let cool
Sorbet
Set aside some tangerine slices for garnish
Blend the ginger, tangerines with their syrup, and orange syrup or curaçao in a blender until smooth
Pour into a mold, cover, and refrigerate overnight
Blend the mixture again in a blender until smooth
Add the liqueur and stir gently
Return to the mold, cover, and freeze for 3 hours or until firm.
