Cut two thick slices from each mango, without removing the skin

With a knife, make superficial cuts to the flesh, taking care not to puncture the skin

Place the slices on the grill with the flesh side down for 10 minutes or until caramelized, flipping occasionally
Flipping over and letting it sit for a few more minutes

Just before serving, sprinkle the ground cardamom over the flesh
Flip the mango edges inward and place in the center of the plate
Distribute the cilantro leaves around, as shown below
Garnish with the parsley leaves.
