Combine 1 cup of oats flakes, 2/3 cup of sesame seeds, 2/3 cup of wheat germ, 1 cup of rye flakes, 2/3 cup of raw almonds, 2 tablespoons of shredded coconut, and 4 tablespoons of honey to envelop all the ingredients
