1/2 cup of olive oil (120 ml)
1/3 cup of orange juice (80 ml)
4 tablespoons of vinegar
1 medium white onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon of salt or to taste
1 large hand of Brie cheese
1 medium red onion, divided in half and sliced into thin strips
6 medium tangerines, seeded but not peeled

Mix together the olive oil, orange juice, vinegar, and chopped onion in a small bowl with an electric mixer
Season with salt and mix well
Place the Brie cheese and red onion in a large bowl and season with a little of the dressing
Transfer to a salad bowl and arrange the tangerine segments on top of the salad
Dust with crumbled Brie cheese
Serve immediately with the remaining dressing
