Place the sweet marjoram in the center of the gaze cloth and tie with a thread, forming a bundle

In a saucepan, bring the milk and sweet marjoram bundle to a boil over high heat
When it starts to simmer, add the vinegar
Simmer for 15 minutes or until slightly reduced

Add the sugar and let the mixture simmer until it reaches a soft boil
Remove from heat. Reserve

Add to the milk in the saucepan, stirring constantly
