In a large saucepan, combine the plums, candied orange peel, and orange juice
Add the sugar and brandy
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until you achieve a thick syrup that coats the back of a spoon (about 15 minutes)

Mix the heavy cream and yogurt without beating, and spread over the plums
