2 large sweet potatoes

2 large sweet potatoes

Dunk the sweet potatoes quickly into boiling water
Drain and remove the skin
Let them drain on paper towels
Lay out the sweet potatoes in a baking dish
Sprinkle with salt
Bake in a preheated oven (400°F) for about 15 minutes or until the sweet potatoes are lightly golden brown and crispy
Stir occasionally
Serve in 12 portions.
