3 large grated carrots

Place the carrot in boiling salted water and cook for about 2 minutes
Drain well (use the liquid to make a broth)
Mix all ingredients, except peas, and place in an untinned ring mold
Bake in moderate oven (180°C) for about 30 minutes or until firm
Remove from mold onto a serving plate
If desired, add peas topped with butter or margarine
Serve with fish, roasted meats, poultry, or stews
