Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
Combine the eggs, milk, and cheese, mixing only until well combined
Pour into an ungreased ring mold with a capacity of 1.5 liters
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes
Let cool before unmolding
If desired, fill the center hole with a picadillo or vegetables in a white sauce
Serve as a side dish, replacing rice or potatoes, and refrigerate for up to 6 hours.
