Preheat the oven to 400°F
Mix together the flour, water, salt, and half the olive oil in a bowl until well combined
Knead the dough until it's smooth
Divide the dough into two parts and roll them out
Use one part of the dough to line an oiled baking dish
Spread cream cheese, tomato pieces, and olives on top
Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and sprinkle with oregano
Cover with the remaining dough, seal the edges, and bake for 50 minutes or until golden brown
