5 tablespoons of water

6 thick slices of cheddar cheese (each slice cut into 4 strips)

Crack the bacon
Leave it to brown in a skillet
Add the minced onion and let it lightly brown
Add the tomatoes and stir well
Let it heat up well
Remove with a spatula and spread over toasted bread slices
Melt the butter in another pan
Beat the eggs with water
Add to the skillet and cook like scrambled eggs, but don't let them dry out too much
Place on top of the tomato mixture on the bread and sprinkle with chopped green onion
Cover each slice with 4 cheese strips arranged in a grid
Put it in the oven until the cheese melts slightly
Serves 6 people
If desired, sprinkle with paprika when serving
