1 cup ground beef

Place the ground beef in a bowl
Add rice and shape into meatballs
In a pot, put the water and let it boil
Add the meatballs
Cook slowly for about 25 minutes
Add the vegetables and cook at low heat for an additional 20 minutes
Remove only the beef
Blend the vegetables with the broth in a blender or food processor, season with salt and serve with the meatballs
Or, if you prefer, blend everything (vegetables and meatballs) in a processor
Serve with 1 1/2 cups
