Beat the eggs
Sift the wheat flour with the active dry yeast and add to the eggs
Add the salt, milk, and butter, and mix well
Peel the sweet potatoes, remove most of the seeds, and slice into thick rounds
Dip in batter and fry in plenty of oil until golden brown
