Preheat the oven
In a bowl, combine the rice, parsley, onion, garlic, milk, eggs, and seasonings
Mix well
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, put it in the oven, and let it cook for about 40 minutes
Check every 4-5 minutes.
