In a large saucepan, melt the butter over high heat
Add the onion and fry until it's translucent
Add the rice and stir-fry, always stirring, for 1 minute
Join the milk and cashews
Cook over high heat until boiling
Reduce heat and cover
Let cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is tender (add water only if necessary)
Add parsley, transfer to a serving dish and serve
