300g of cod, flaked and desalted

In a large skillet, sauté the garlic and onion in olive oil until they are golden brown
When golden brown, add the white wine and let it reduce for approximately one minute
Add the cooked rice, cod, and mix well
As soon as you get a homogeneous mixture, add the black olives and parsley
Mix well and let it warm through
Serve hot.
