Boil the water and dissolve the vegetable broth
Set aside
Sauté the onion in olive oil until translucent, then add the rice
Fry the rice quickly and add half of the reserved broth
Correct the seasoning and let it simmer
Reduce heat and cook the rice until it starts to dry
Add the broccoli, stir gently with a fork, and add the remaining broth
