2 cups of cassava flour
Chopped onion, garlic, and parsley to taste
4 cups of water
2 cooked eggs
Crispy pork rinds (made with seasoned pork cracklings)

Mash the cooked beans (with broth) in a blender
Sauté the onion and garlic until golden brown
Add the beans and let it simmer
Dissolve the cassava flour in water and add this mixture to the beans when it reaches the right consistency for pudding
Add salt
Transfer the preparation to a dish and top it with chopped parsley, cooked eggs, and crispy pork rinds.
