Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (180°F)
Melt the butter, add the green pepper and onion, reduce heat and fry until they soften slightly, but don't burn, for 3-4 minutes
In a bowl, beat the eggs with milk
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well
Pour into a lightly greased baking dish
Bake for 45 minutes, or until it's lightly golden brown and firm
Serve with poultry, meats, and roasted dishes
Let it rest for 4 portions.
