Preheat oven to medium temperature
Melt butter, add green pepper and onion, reduce heat and fry until slightly softened for 4 minutes
In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk
Add remaining ingredients and mix well
Pour into a lightly oiled baking dish
Bake for 45 minutes or until lightly golden brown and firm
Serve with poultry, meat, and roasted dishes.
