Mix the cooked rice with the green sauce, green onion, and softened butter or margarine
Add the lightly beaten egg yolks
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them gently into the rice mixture
Pour the mixture into a greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish
Bake in a moderate oven (170°F) for 25 minutes
Let it cool slightly, then loosen with a knife and turn onto a warm serving plate
Keep warm until served
Serve in 4 portions.
