6 ripe and firm medium tomatoes
2 blocks of American cream cheese (227g each)
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Salt to taste

Cut the top off each tomato and remove the seeds
Flip them over and let them drain
Mix the cheese with parsley
Season the tomatoes with salt and fill with cheese
Place in a refrigerator and microwave for 3 minutes at medium power
Serve warm.
