2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
2 onions sliced into rings
1/4 teaspoon of paprika
2 carrots sliced into rings
1 parsnip sliced into rings
1 clove of garlic minced
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
500g pork ribs
orange juice from 1 orange
2 cans of cooked beans, drained
3 bananas sliced into rings
1 cup of tomato puree
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine

Fry the onion, paprika, carrot, parsnip, garlic, and cilantro in butter or margarine until softened
Season with salt and black pepper
Add the pork ribs and orange juice
Cover the pan and cook over low heat until the meat is tender, adding water as needed
Add the cooked beans, bananas, tomato puree, and continue cooking for 20 more minutes
If desired, add some tablespoons of heavy cream
Serve with rice and mixed greens salad
