1 cup of broccoli leaves

In a food processor, finely chop the broccoli leaves
Set aside
Heat the olive oil in a medium pan over high heat
Add the garlic and bacon and cook until the bacon starts to brown
Add the broccoli leaves and stir-fry for 1 minute or until they start to wilt
Add the rice and salt and stir-fry for another minute, stirring constantly
Add 2 cups of boiling water and stir
Reduce heat, cover the pan, and simmer for about 10 minutes or until the rice is cooked and creamy
Add any remaining water if needed
Serve hot
