2 cups cooked rice (use leftovers)

Beat the eggs well and add the Parmesan cheese, lime juice, and oregano
Mix thoroughly
In a saucepan, mix the hot rice with butter or margarine, and add the egg mixture
Stir well
Cover and simmer over low heat for about 3 to 4 minutes.
