1 tablespoon of butter
7 tablespoons of wheat flour
Nutmeg and lemon juice to taste
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 beaten egg for brushing
Filling
700 g of cod fillets, cooked in flakes
1 kg of potatoes cut into medium slices, cooked
5 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
Chopped parsley, nutmeg, and olive oil to taste

Dough: mash the hot potatoes until they form a purée and let it cool
Add the egg, butter, and flour
Put in the salt, black pepper, nutmeg, and lemon juice
Mix until a dough forms that can be opened with a rolling pin
Roll out the dough to fill an oiled mold and spread the cod
Cover with potatoes and then make a layer of hard-boiled eggs
Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with chopped parsley and nutmeg
Repeat the layers until the mold is filled
Cover with potato dough and brush with beaten egg
Put in the oven to golden brown.
