Melt the 3 soup spoons of butter in a pan
Add the ground beef, onion, and seasonings
Fry until the beef is browned
Add the tomato sauce, 1/2 cup of water, and lemon juice
Let it cook slowly for 30 minutes over medium heat or until the beef absorbs all the liquid
Cook the rice with water and salt, as in a chello recipe
Place half of the rice in a bowl
Cover with the sauce and then with the remaining rice, and bake like a chello.
