1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon vinegar

Season the meat with salt and pepper
Dust with wheat flour
Add enough oil to the pan to cover the bottom
Fry the meat in hot oil
Chop the cucumber, onion, and parsley
Add the ingredients to the meat, including pickle slices, mushrooms, garlic, and oregano
Simmer for a few minutes and add vinegar and water
Let it cook until the meat is tender
Finish by thickening the sauce with heavy cream mixed with wheat flour
Let it simmer in low heat for an additional 10 minutes
Serve with rice or macaroni.
