    Dissolve one tablespoon of gelatin in a flavorless liquid in a quarter cup of boiling water. Reserve. Combine one cup of sugar and half a cup of water in a saucepan, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the mixture reaches thread stage. Next, beat two egg whites until stiff peaks form and slowly add the warm gelatin solution while continuing to mix. Add the dissolved gelatin, beating until stiff peaks form again. Remove from mixer and combine with two cups of yogurt and one tablespoon of lemon juice. Pour into a bowl and refrigerate until firm but not too set.
