1 1/2 cups of rice
1/2 small cabbage, cut into strips
1/2 teaspoon of pink pepper
1/2 cup of chopped onion
2 tablespoons of butter
3 cups of water
Salt to taste

Melt the butter and sauté the onion and cabbage
Add the rice and cook for a bit longer
Add the hot water and salt, and cook until the rice is tender and fluffy
If necessary, add more hot water
Remove from heat and mix in the pink pepper, crushing any lumps with your hands
Serve immediately.
