Place the beans and water in a pressure cooker (capable of 6 liters) and close the lid
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook for approximately 40 minutes
Let it rest for about 20 minutes after the pressure has dissipated, then remove the lid
Warm up some olive oil with minced garlic and fry until golden brown
Add the beans to the pot, stir well, and season with salt
Cook on low heat for 10 minutes
Serve in 8 portions
