4 cups of chicken broth (or 2 tablets dissolved in the same amount of water)
1 cup of arborio rice
1/2 cup of chopped green beans
1/2 cup of white dry wine
3 tablespoons of finely chopped scallions
2 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of finely chopped parsley
1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
2 stalks of celery leaves, 1 small onion, finely chopped, 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
Salt to taste
4 cups of chicken broth (or 2 tablets dissolved in the same amount of water)

In a large saucepan, combine the onion, celery, green beans, and butter
Microwave at high power for 3 minutes or until the vegetables are tender
Add the rice, bell pepper, wine, and 1 cup of chicken broth
Stir well
Cook at high power for 4 minutes or until the liquid is almost gone
Add another cup of chicken broth and stir
Cook for an additional 4 minutes
Repeat the process with the remaining two cups of chicken broth
Combine the scallions, parsley, and black pepper
Microwave at high power for 2 minutes more
Let it rest in the microwave for 5 minutes before garnishing with celery leaves.
