In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat
Add the garlic and onion and cook until they start to brown
Add the rice and cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly
Add 2 cups of boiling water, season with salt, and simmer over medium heat until the rice is tender and cooked
Meanwhile, wash the jambu leaves and quickly boil them in a separate pot with some water
Drain and chop the leaves, then mix them with the cooked rice
