5 cups of cooked rice
1 1/2 cups of walnuts (or hazelnuts) shelled
2 onions chopped
2 cups of chopped fresh herbs (parsley, chives)
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt to taste

Have the cooked rice set aside
In a large pan, heat the olive oil and add the onions
Saute them well until some pieces start to caramelize
Add the walnuts and let it cook for another 2 minutes
Season with salt
Combine the rice and herbs
Mix everything well using a wooden spoon, so the rice is evenly distributed.
