1/2 teaspoon of cumin
1 kg of rice (4 3/4 cups)
1 1/2 cups of fresh pork blood
1/2 kg of beef

In a large pot, combine the beef, chicken, pork chops, celery, heart, and kidneys
Add three tablespoons of water and bring to a boil
Add all the seasonings
Allow it to cook until all the meats are tender
Remove the meats and chop them into smaller pieces
In the pot where you cooked the meats, add the rice
When the rice is half-cooked, add the meats and blood
Continue cooking the rice until it's done, adding more hot water as needed
In our test, we added an additional 10 cups of water
Check the seasoning
Serve in 30 portions.
