Place the rice, water, milk, cinnamon, and cloves in a pressure cooker
Cover the pressure cooker and let it cook for 5 minutes after the initial pressure release
Open the pressure cooker with care to combine the condensed milk and coconut milk
Let it cook for another 5 minutes without pressure
Serve the rice in dishes and top it with shredded cinnamon sticks
Serve well chilled.
