Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup sugar
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin (24 g)
4 cups plain yogurt
3 egg whites
Syrup:
4 cups mixed frozen fruit (600 g)
1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water
Accessory:
21 cm diameter mold
Ingredients:

Grease the mold with oil and set aside
Sprinkle gelatin over water and let it sit for a few minutes
Bring to a boil in a bain-marie and stir until dissolved
Add sugar and yogurt, stirring well
Transfer to a bowl with ice and gel and let the mixture thicken slightly, stirring occasionally
Beat egg whites until frothy, add to mixture and fold gently
Pour into mold, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm
Syrup:
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan
Bring to a simmer, cook for about 15 minutes, then let cool
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate
Unmold the mousse and serve chilled with the syrup
