Cream of mango
2 mangos, peeled and cut into pieces
3/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon lime juice

1 cup uncooked rice
3 cups water
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup sugar

Cream of mango
Blend the mango in a blender until it forms a cream
Add the sugar and lime juice
Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Reserve
Sweet Rice
Cook the rice in a medium saucepan with a tight-fitting lid over high heat for 20 minutes or until the water has been absorbed and the rice is tender
Add the coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, and sugar
Mix and stir until it thickens
Remove from heat and serve with chilled mango cream.
