1/2 cup of sweet rice

In a medium saucepan, bring the sweet rice and water to a boil
Reduce heat and simmer until the water has evaporated, stirring occasionally
In a small bowl, mix together the passion fruit pulp with sugar and add it to the saucepan
Add the milk and let it simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally, until the rice is soft and forms a creamy consistency
Pour into 8 individual molds or ramekins and refrigerate
Serve chilled.
