Half cup of rice

Two cups of milk
One cup of passionfruit juice
Three-quarters cup of sugar

Combine the rice with two cups of cold water and sugar in a large saucepan, and cook over low heat
When the water starts to evaporate, add the passionfruit juice mixed with milk and remaining water
Stir constantly with a wooden spoon until it's smooth and cooked, then remove from heat
Serve warm or chilled
Mix occasionally during cooking
Remove from heat and serve individual portions
Allow to cool and refrigerate for two hours before serving
Garnish with sweet passionfruit seeds or drizzle with chocolate sauce.
