Juice from 3 oranges (about 1 cup)

Cut the bananas in half lengthwise
Grill them in a hot, well-greased non-stick skillet
Set aside
For the caramel, combine ingredients in a pan and cook until the banana dissolves
Let it cool and assemble the dessert on a plate: 1 cup of caramel sauce, 1 grilled banana half, and 1 whipped topping ball.
