1 cup of washed and drained rice

Place the rice in a saucepan and cook with double the amount of water
When it's almost ready, add hot milk, sugar, and let it simmer
Reduce the heat to low and constantly stir the mixture with a spoon so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the saucepan
Once the rice is tender, place it in a serving dish and sprinkle with cinnamon.
