In a large saucepan with the butter, combine the black bean paste, garlic, and cinnamon
Cook over medium heat until melted
Add the chopped hazelnuts and fry for a few minutes, stirring occasionally
Add the brown rice and stir-fry, constantly stirring
Add the white wine and let it evaporate
Gradually add the chicken broth, stirring occasionally, until the rice is cooked
