Heat the oil, sauté the garlic, scallion, and rice
Add boiling water, salt, and carrot, and cook over low heat
In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter
Beat the eggs with salt and pour into the skillet, stirring until they're in small pieces
Remove from heat, add ham, green onion, and mix with the rice
Serve immediately.
