12 chicken wings
1/3 cup (chopped) of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of ginger
1 tablespoon of dry white wine or Madeira

1 In a wok, combine the chicken wings with all the ingredients
Add 1/3 cup of water and let it come to a boil
2 Cover and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes or until cooked through, stirring occasionally
3 Remove the cover and continue cooking while moistening the chicken, for another 15 minutes
Let it cool and serve cold.
