Mix the salt, black pepper, cumin, and allspice
Make several holes in the meat and fill with the spice mixture
Melt the oil in a pan
Baste the meat on all sides
Let the concentrated orange juice thaw and mix with water
Pour over the meat
Cover the pan and let it simmer slowly, adding hot water as needed
When the meat is tender, remove from the broth and slice into thin strips
Thicken the sauce with 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of cold water
Serve the sauce over the meat
